Here is a happy story. I thought a guy was possibly catfishing me all the way from Africa (I'm in the US) but I kept the relationship going for almost 5 years because I really actually enjoyed talking to him regardless of my fear he might be a fake person. He came to America for school and I got a chance to SAFELY meet him. We have now been married for ten years as of last month. He was real, and just happened to actually be a really great guy, and became an even better husband.
It's really messed up when someone can damage your whole life based on a lie
The ending of that first story is so sad. Teachers are scrutinized and abused for such low pay..no wonder there is such a shortage today.
Story #2 I remember this story was on Forensic Files . The kids name was Chris Marquis and he was just 17 . And the truckers name was Chris Dean and he was 35 at the time . Marquis did rip off Dean for basically a 400 part and he stopped answering Deans’ emails , and in the end Deans friend turned him in to the authorities . His mom was injured in the explosion as well . Chris Dean eventually plead guilty and received life in prison .
The story where the lady was using her daughters pictures that one was real messed up made me cry for the guy whose life was taken for nothing 🥺😞
