My teacher handed out a paper last week on news organizations It has CNN and TMZ as centrist and reliable, Tim and charlie Kirk listed far right and dangerously unfactual, more so than infowars, and hasan was just left leaning. This is what they are teaching.
And that's why Trump is abolishing the Federal Dept of Education.
This is why more people are homeschooling their children
My sister wasn’t a far left activist until she went to the Art Institute of Chicago, just saying
Example; when they thought about ‘the underground railroad’ they taught us that all whites had slaves and that Harriet Tubman was the hero, not the tens of thousands of white people that were risking their homes, families and their lives to free black people. Nope, that didn’t fit the narrative, we had to credit one black woman with all of it. They teach us what fits their narrative at the time!

Ironically, parents aren't telling their kids what to do enough. They want teachers to parent for them, including potty training!
In public school, I got straight F's. Got into a charter school wherebi was actually moved back up to my original age/age level, and I instantly started making the honor roll. Schools aren't about teaching anymore they are about controlling you. Plus, we parents are failing our kids. We no longer take the time to read to our kids and teach them how to read and write and figure things out in general. We just throw a screen in their face and say do this while I go distract myself on my screen.
Just moved to Seattle area. It seems the public schools here are so busy educating in leftist social agendas, that there are STEM teaching private businesses all over the place to actually educate the children. Of course, you have to be able to afford to send your kids to these extracurricular ACTUAL education businesses. Poor kids are stuck just being indoctrinated.
The schools are not "failing:" they're doing exactly as intended.
