The left/right comments are revealing. Some people obviously have no idea on what side of the bus they are sitting.
Bezmenov was speaking in the 1980s about what the Soviets called "Active Measures". It was a system very similar to the color revolution playbook that the USA carried out in following decades. I don't think Russia plays a significant role in demoralizing the USA today, it's mostly internal forces like Soros's operation.
