When Israel holds both adults and minors without charge under administrative detention, whilst denying due process, is that not also a form of hostage taking?

I don't care about international law and what is the definition of a war crime. I know that people are being murdered and hounded by people in authority, using dubious reasons. It needs to stop. It all points to people in power not caring about people and treating them as no more than a commodity. If you feel it has nothing to do with you, bear in mind if your government is not condemning this in the loudest terms possible, then this is how they would behave to you if they thought they could get away with it. Whether you are Israeli, British, American, Palestinian, or whatever.

Simply put: if you are the United States or its allies, war crimes don't apply - if you are against the United States or its allies then war crimes do apply.
