This is impressive, I now respect journalism even less than I did.
He teaches more in 25mins on this topic, than a regular teacher would have in a week 🤣
I feel like this is in Ben's wheelhouse. As much as the daily updates are necessary, these breakdowns are meaningful.
I love how Ben explains more about our corrupted media than any documentary on PBS! This is stuff that would never even get shown on public television, because it would show how hypocritical their journalists are!
Good consolidation of American journalism history by Professor 2x. It really debunks the myth of "we used to have objective reporting"
i have to admit, i struggled with finding history class interesting. but this video, Ben?! i loved every second. i learned so much.
This is more succinct and informative than most college lectures.
Here's a perfect example why history is so important for each of us to not only be "forced to learn" in middle and high school, but what we should eagerly want to become very well versed in and knowledgeable about! Ben is absolutely superb here!
Ben you should do a lot more of these. You are a natural history teacher! Love it
I wish they taught US history like this in high school instead of focusing on intersectional divisions, scandals, wars, and the labor movement. Ultimately, we need to understand what we are as a product of of our journey here.
