Davey Crockett was my very first hero. I am now 42 and still find myself singing the Davey Crockett song when I'm doing outdoorsman things. I once was on a job site with a lot of Hispanics and hollard "remember the Alamo", I was the only one that laughed.
Would've been nice to see professors from the real UT, like where all this happened. I mean Davy Crockett is the freaking mascot of the school for christ sakes...
A lot of Andrew Jackson/ American spirit still out there I promise you.
Peace
Im 65 years old and have never heard anyone ever saying Andrew Jackson was a multimillionaire
David h Steven’s did a great job playing Andrew jackson
I love this series!! It's good
Jackson had a Group of slaves( no saying this to be starting an argument (1865) is when slavery ended in The United States Of America) the man said it that why I love this series they keep it 💯
22:00,im from Talladega, here jackson had a battle to save the settlers and white sticks that were surrounded by red stick warriors who had the trapped in Fort Lashley. This is the battle of horseshoe bend, the Cherokee helped jackson and his men in this battle by crossing the creek from the opposite direction. There is a lot of History to be proud of here in Alabama,a rich heritage bought in blood, sweat and hard work. But it is terrible how whites decimated the native population every where they went. In the end the Seminole are the only ones who kept any land.
