Assessing Validity of Alleged Charlie Kirk Autopsy Dispatch Audio

Determine if leaked dispatch audio suggesting Charlie Kirk avoided an autopsy is credible and explore the legal and procedural reasons why that might be highly suspicious in Utah.

Short Summary

  • Analysis centers on an audio clip claiming the death certificate was signed without an official autopsy performed.
  • The speaker expresses significant skepticism about the audio's authenticity due to the timing of the autopsy discussion relative to the wife's arrival.
  • Failing to perform an autopsy in a confirmed shooting investigation raises major procedural red flags concerning evidence retrieval, such as bullet trajectory.

This segment reviews unverified social media audio regarding procedural details following conservative commentator Charlie Kirk's death, focusing on the discrepancy between the claimed no-autopsy status and standard investigative requirements in suspected homicides.

Every homicide requires autopsy. I work in ER. If my patient expires, I have to call a coroner. If there a gun shot wound involved, I am not allowed to remove any tubes from the body, and coroner arrives with police. If coroner rules out that their services are not needed, we wait for family and then the body is released. Death certificate signature has nothing to do with autopsy. If he did not get autopsy, this smells even more suspicious

I can't imagine "no autopsy" in the case of a murder victim. I've always hated the fact that the Secret Service took Kennedy's body out of Texas in defiance of Texas law. Here we go again. This nation is totally wacko.

Thats it. Its 100% a coverup. No autopsy, is just blatant attempt to cover up.

They'd need an autopsy for the criminal trial. Makes no sense unless they know for certain Robinson won't be going to trial.

I was a Pathology Assistant. The timing of autopsies varies. I have worked on warm bodies. No matter what your religion, if your situation meets the criteria to have a medical legal portmortem, you are having a postmortem. A murder requires a postmortem. If he did not receive an autopsy by the local Pathologists, there is a government cover up. There are too many people involved in the chain of events to have a mistake happen.

How can a murder victim have no autopsy? That is suspicious.

I wouldn't think a family would get a say in a murder investigation
