Description

✅ Google’s #AI Course on Coursera: https://imp.i384100.net/YVD5vq Knowing how to "use AI" is now table stakes (unfortunately) 😅. This video covers 4 skills that will help you get ahead, and each skill is backed by research from Wharton, Harvard, BCG, and MIT. You'll learn a mental model for deciding when to delegate, collaborate, or go manual with AI; how to design workflows that compound as AI improves; why storytelling remains your strongest moat; and how to keep your critical thinking sharp instead of letting it atrophy. *TIMESTAMPS* 00:00 4 Skills AI Can’t Replace 00:24 Skill #1: The Cockpit Rule 03:09 Google’s AI Certificate 04:04 Skill #2: Build the Rails 06:04 Skill #3: The Storytelling Moat 09:04 Skill #4: Manual Override 10:58 So is AI making us dumber? *RESOURCES MENTIONED* AI Course: https://systemsacademy.ai/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=199 My Essential Power Prompts: https://www.notion.so/templates/essential-power-prompts-jeff-su Philipp Humm on Storytelling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hNuAv-42jzY Vinh Giang on Storytelling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HfeNDleTS4 *BUILD A POWERFUL WORKFLOW* 📈 The Workspace Academy - https://academy.jeffsu.org/workspace-academy?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=199 ✍️ My Notion Command Center - https://www.pressplay.cc/link/s/DE1C4C50 *BE MY FRIEND:* 📧 Subscribe to my newsletter - https://www.jeffsu.org/newsletter/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=description 📸 Instagram - https://instagram.com/j.sushie 🤝 LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/jsu05/ *MY FAVORITE GEAR* 🎬 My YouTube Gear - https://www.jeffsu.org/yt-gear/ 🎒 Everyday Carry - https://www.jeffsu.org/my-edc/ #chatgpt #claude

The idea of preventing critical thinking from atrophying is so important. Lifewood sees how the best workflows actually compound human insight rather than just replacing it. Balancing delegation with manual oversight is definitely the way to stay ahead.

I haven't seen that video, but the idea of teaching skills that AI can't replace sounds really interesting. critical thinking and storytelling are definitely huge. those skills let us connect with people on a level machines can't touch. Delegating tasks using a "cockpit rule" is also a neat concept. it makes sense to have a clear control system for managing workloads when using AI. designing AI-first workflows could really free up time for more creative or complex tasks while letting the AI handle the repetitive stuff. There's a lot of potential to make work more efficient without losing that human element. it's all about figuring out how to use the tools to enhance what we do, not just replace it. If you're diving into memory-focused AI stuff, though, it sounds like you'd find some value in tools that treat memory like infrastructure. just something i've run into while exploring the topic.
