Description

Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks beat the Los Angeles Rams 31-27 to advance to their 4th Super Bowl. Can I hear somebody talk about Jaxon Smith-Njigba's humongous game? He accounted for over half of Darnold's passing yards, and outright dominated the first half of the game.

The thing about Darnold is, he was a highly touted prospect for a reason. Dude was projected to go #1 overall at some point, so its not like he was never talented. It was always about being in the right situation to allow him to be confident and play up to his potential. This is why high first round picks get such a long leash in the NFL and why you shouldn't give up on them so quickly.

Darnold is living out what most people thought would be Baker Mayfield’s story.

Darnold went to high school right near the city that I live in so it's hard to root against him. Would be shocked if Kubiak doesn't get some HC interviews after the SB because he put together a masterful gameplan for Darnold

Riq Woolens penalty and the muffed punt cancel out because both teams made a crucial mistake which led to a TD the next play. So that muffed punt was not the reason they lost. They just simply lost because Seattle was better and Darnold outplayed Stafford
