If you don't mind answering, have you always been at Microsoft? If not, which companies did you work at? Which division at Microsoft you are now? Also have you read Leading without Authority by Keith Ferrazzi? Amazing book that I'd recommend for any L63+ struggling to increase their influence. Specially the part on building trust between others. I'm learning to apply the book at my job as well. Building trust takes time. Very precise advice on how to build trust: Keep your promises.
Even though I'm still a junior I still feel like I can learn and apply these videos to my own life. Also... I like how the numbers in front of your tower are always relevant to the video! 😂
