Most overrated film: Titanic. A young woman falls in love with a hobo, has a 3-days affair with him, and remembers him as her most important person after 70yrs, in spite having been married and having children in those 70yrs.

1:27 To be fair, Shawshank doesn't depict the entire population of prisoners as nice guys. It's just the small group of seven or eight among the hundreds. It also stands to reason that the okay guys would flock together in a not okay place. The movie did also make a point in saying that the "sodomites" were placed in a different tier.

When I was a kid my dad was a quality control engineer at Mattel toys, and later at Questor toys. He'd walk up to the production line, grab a half dozen whatevers off the line and say "I'm bringing these home for my boys to wreck. I'll let you know how it goes." Then he'd bring them home and tell us to use them until they break and let him know how it went. We were the quality control testers for both companies. No pay, but all the toys two young boys could break. Eat your heart out, Sid. Dad's office was literally on the other side of the door from the Tinkertoy factory. I was the luckiest kid in the world. RIP, Dad.

Matt is the type of guy to say that Breaking bad is overrated
I'm glad Matt didn't add Lord of the Rings as an overrated film. THAT is a cinematic masterpiece that honored Tolkien's vision.
