This was my teacher! I requested this story. Everyone KNOWS who did it. It was and still is so traumatic for so many of us. Thank you for always telling the story edit: You guys should also look up the Holly Bobo and Samuel Rich (son of the county judge) cases out of Shelbyville. It’s my hometown, and it’s very very small so we all know each other, which means the cops do too- and the justice system in the city needs some serious help.
Part of me thinks his dumbass rly thought he was covering his own ass by saying they’d had sex in case they *did* find her and DNA proved she’d been SA’d by him before/after her death. He’s a disgusting monster and there’s no doubt in my mind he killed her. Thank you for covering her case Kendall ❤

Hi Kendall! I wanted to suggest the case of my cousin, Alice Hawkes. Her case has been unsolved for almost 40 years, with a strong suspect. She passed long before I was born, but my family still yearns for answers. I have collected the articles and interviews over the years, and would be happy to share all of those resources to get the word out. :-) I am wishing Shelley's family peace and hoping for justice and all needed answers for closure for them.

Unfortunately, he was released in January. 😔 I sure hope they are still looking into this case. I know that you will bring light back to it and I hope their family gets the justice she deserves.
