The most excited I've seen Anton in a thumbnail yet😂
Anton Rocks!!! I'm so happy that we got to "spend" this personal time together, it really feels like being with a friend(s) and getting to know each other (chat too). I love the amount of education I receive that is up to date. With Anton,, I feel like I have a really good teacher every day. I think the output of videos is stellar (excuse the pun). This was so exciting, as me and my BF got to play in the sun today.. with a pinhole camera and use a colander to see a multitude of little "eclipse". We are here in sunny LA, which is where I watch every day. Gr8! Peace ☮💜Love
Just saw it with my dying father. His first. Really incredible.
Hey Anton. Greetings from Montreal. We went up to the roof terrace on our building 20 stories up this afternoon around 3pm EST. The moon began eclipsing the sun. We had quite a group up there, and on all the roof tops in the area, they were all packed. The temps began to drop as the sun was covered, and people were putting on an extra layer. As we reached totality, it was sunset in Montreal, as all the buildings in the area had their lights on. The sun set (from our perspective) North to South. We face West. Darkness moved from Right to Left from where we were standing. At totality, it was dark, people got very hushed for a few moments, not knowing what to say. And you could hear screaming and cheering across the neighborhood from above and below us. At totality we took off our glasses and looked up at the sun and it was a glorious view of the corona circling the moon. 90 seconds and it was over, as the sunrise came back again from right to left. It was incredible.
That was a great stream, Wonderful Anton. ❤
Thank you for the wonderful stream, Anton. Drive carefully in a few hours, and I will tell one and all about the Dr. Beads.
We saw the shadows distorting the throughput. The pinhole effect was amazing. The "blue" and "violet" colors were slightly present here in LA (I'm older and not sure about my eyes ha). I feel a great kinship with Anton as I've been with him on Patreon for years now, and enjoy the science updates so much. Anton amazes me as to how well-read he is on current science writings. Gr8! Peace ☮💜Love
THANK YOU, ANTON FOR BRING THIS TO US AND FOR SHARING YOUR JOY .
Watched it with my dog from our home in Indiana. Most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. My dog got real quiet and went into her evening routine of sitting very quietly, and the neighbor’s rooster started to crow. During the totality it was dead quiet. No birds. No wind. Cold.
I live near Sulphur Springs Texas, which was at the exact center of totality. Anton, this event will be with me for the rest of my life. I saw the Eclipse in Illinois, in 2017, and this one was much better than even that one. You could look at it with your naked eyes during totality and could even see the red dots around the periphery, which are Solar Flares. 4 and a half minutes of totality and everyone was blown away, and awestruck by this event. 😊
