Luthen and Cyril are dead and Dedras locked up in prison. This is the same place Andor was sentenced to in Season 1 and it feels like an apt place for her character to end up. Saw Guerrera is currently on Jedha and we see him looking out the window from Rogue One. Off in the distance is the city of Jedha and the Star Destroyer stripping the Kyber.
