If I had to buy a last minute flight and spend 11-13 hours on a plane just to be present for this scolding AND not being offered an opportunity to say a single word, I would be livid. I have never seen a judge waste as much valuable courtroom time as this one.
It seems like the judge is throwing around accusations without a thorough investigation into the incident
You know what bothers me is Proctor didn’t care about Karens sensitive medical conditions
Could it be....the depth, width and height of corruption is starting to be obvious.
The ENTIRE Internet guessed what seemed to be going on with Proctor and now the lawyers are being punished cause the Judge doesn't understand how the internet works.
With all due respect, I do think older judges need to be more educated on social media. Given the actual facts, this only looked bad on the judge. Not letting the attorneys, on either side, speak on the record showed a lack of respect.
Judge thought he mic dropped when instead he showed himself to be an out of touch, ineffective, inequitable fool. He needs to urgently retire from the bench
Respectfully your honor, this is a self-imposed burden...
The judge seems to think that the court is the ONLY possiblee way that someone could get the information.
