Omg HELL YES. Why this movie doesn't have more reactions I'll never know. It's pure gold and a real story.
The fact that this film was based on a true story is what makes it even more impressive
I cry every time I watch the underwater test scene and that courtroom scene, watching people who had once underestimated Carl become some of his strongest supporters even amidst the blatant racism of others <3
I'll never understand why so few people have seen this masterpiece on YouTube.
"God damn it, cookie, move your a$$! I want my 12!" was my self motivation quote every time I had a hard competition ahead..
A true story like this can make even the toughest man shed a tear or two.
My dad Lost his leg in Vietnam. He married my mom, raised three kids.He was a retired correction officer and he could roller skate, water ski.He won lost of golfing tournaments. He was a great man and passed at 80 years old on Christmas eve of 2022.I learned so much from him but mostly how to be brave, love with all your heart and never give up ❤
I've asked so many channels to react to this.....you're the first guys...ever!! This movie deserves more attention! Thanks for listening!!!!
My brother was a Navy Corpsman and had the opportunity to meet Master Chief Brashear. He said he was an absolute incredible man and he would always treasure the conversations they were able to have.
"The Navy Diver is not a fighting man, he is a salvage expert. If it is lost underwater, he finds it. If it's sunk, he brings it up. If it's in the way, he moves it. If he's lucky, he will die young, 200 feet beneath the waves, for that is the closest he'll ever get to being a hero."
