Andrew Kammerer was the father of twin, 4-month-old baby girls. In November 2024, he called 911 from his home in Goshen Township, Ohio, and reported that one of twins, Evelyn, wasn't breathing. Evelyn died that night and doctors discovered injuries to her twin sister. The case took a surprising turn when detectives interviewed Andrew's fiancée.
