I'm 45 and still broke
46 and broke! Just became debt free last Friday for the first time in my life though.
I want to tell every 17 yr old this list of wealth killers. Student loans Car loans Credit cards Too much rent/house Failure to pay yourself first, putting money in retirement with every paycheck.
Went from a New MK8 Golf R ($50k car on a loan) to a used Ford Fiesta ($7k car in cash) to get the process underway. A lot of people thought I was crazy, but I have goals...
I'm 19 and started gaining financial knowledge from you, Jaspreet. I'm thankful that I found your channel earlier
40 here. I have a couple thousand in savings and it took me over a year just to get that with increasing rent, groceries etc. Had to reexamine my budget and cut costs where I could. Going to be talking to a financial advisor later on to figure out if I can invest in SOMETHING that'll have an okay return so I'm not 70 and still having to work. Wish my parents and granddad told me about this stuff. But they came from jobs (and an era) where pensions existed.
Im almost 50 years old and my advice is keep watching these kinds of videos and learning about wealth and money. I wish I had YouTube when I was a teenager or even in my 20’a

I always needs these refreshers cause is hard to stay on track some times!!
I'm 34, finally just got out of debt. I've been trying, but I'm still far behind my RSSP goal for my age. It's hard :( I just expect I will not be able to retire. If I can build a 3 months emergency cushion, that's gonna be golden.
