They said because of his health issues they didn't think he was well enough to wait for a trial... & that POS is still alive 😡😡 Heartbreaking for the family that they didn't get justice 😥😥 I admire them for keeping their promise. They kept fighting & never gave up 🤗

This reminds me that case of the elderly asian woman driving a car that killed a coouple and 2 toddlers in a bus stop and she got away cuz she's 70yo... im sorry so what ? just cuz youre old you shouldnt pay for your crimes ? i cant wrap my head around this .... rip mary

If the court had to follow 1969 sentencing, then they should follow that they probably didn’t have “good behavior” short cuts in ‘69
