You need to seek out Raymond Ibrahim. His books on the Crusades and islam are world class and should be standard reading in highschool.

If you are in a crowded place and you hear someone yell, "Praise Jesus!," you expect something good happened. If you hear someone yell, "Allah Akbar!", you will probably be looking for a place to take cover or run.
