The drs only take your blood pressure then prescribe tablets and leave you on them for life. My dr told me my kidneys were showing signs of distress. Then Covid happened and no check ups were being done so I stopped my tablets. 6 years later, I am still here.

They keep lowering the numbers just like they did with cholesterol. My mom’s dr recently told her that now they want numbers 110/70 instead of the 120/80. So basically they want EVERYONE on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Absolutely insane!!

Metabolic knowledge, however, is no better than that of the Middle Ages or, worse, driven by pure profit motive.
