The whole concept of "pay as much as our own hosted runners if you host your own" is so absurd.. Why are you paying GitHub PER MINUTE of YOUR OWN SERVER?
I self host on my mac mini because its fast as. This is insane. Going to be charged for build on my OWN COMPUTER.

3:57 sketchy? I don't think so... but the sponsors are kinda good. As an Iranian, I just have them disabled as most stuff are paid which I can't pay for (we got no credit card or paypal)
This is exactly the same thing Visa did with Debit card fees and was prosecuted by the DOJ: design prices in such a way that it is best to use their services.
