A 19-year-old Wisconsin driver who had been drinking heavily for hours blew through a stop sign and slammed into high school senior Megan Voss’s car, ultimately killing her and her dog. Emotional witness accounts, Jason Zehe’s shifting story, and a sky-high BAC revealed he’d been drinking vodka and wine all day, leading to multiple serious charges. Eight months later, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in prison plus probation, treatment, and yearly community service on the anniversary of the crash.
