I’ll just never get over that Travis didn’t like the Cajun/creole food he had in New Orleans 😢 that just breaks my little Southern heart!

So, Travis is okay with some mayo-based spreads but still not okay with regular old mayo. At least he didn't revisit the mayo ASMR this time. By the way, the best sushi restaurant in KC is Friends Sushi on 39th Street near KU Med. I especially like their lunchtime bento box specials - lots of sushi, rice, and a salad for less than $20.   I also really enjoy Kura Sushi on the Plaza - it's the stereotypical conveyor belt sushi, and they do a great job; you can also order certain dishes direct to you, and your drinks are brought to you by a robot. One other thing to try is Japanese curry. In KC, the only place I've ever seen it is at the Asian supermarkets.

Toronto has great Indian Food as well. They have various neighborhoods that are insane...Chinatown, Koreatown, Greektown....I worked in Canada for 3 years in the mid 90s and it opened up this NY guy's mind/palate
