The best way to destroy the sense of certain foods being bound to certain times of day, is to work night shift. Time becomes meaningless.
I frequently have eggs for dinner because they're so quick and easy. I didn't know it was weird until now.
My uni caf had "Breakfast For Dinner" as an event once in a while, which I felt was kinda silly but I *loved* it because it was an excuse to eat eggs at night. A friend would bring leftover curry from home and sometimes his folks made it with boiled eggs, and when I tried that I was sold on eggs as an anytime food. Also, regarding savoury oatmeal, underrated!
Sugar itself isn't the demon. It's putting it in everything...absolutely everything...in ridiculous amounts.
