The best way to destroy the sense of certain foods being bound to certain times of day, is to work night shift. Time becomes meaningless.
I frequently have eggs for dinner because they're so quick and easy. I didn't know it was weird until now.
When it comes to placard items. Small mom and pop small places have their best items on it agreeing with Josh. In chain resteraunts though it's trash they are trying to get rid of it as Nicole believes. That's my take.
'Protein feedings' sound like they happen in an alley behind the studio 🎅
Life is a Highway was NOT written for Cars. It came out in 1991, sung by Tom Cochrane
Sugar itself isn't the demon. It's putting it in everything...absolutely everything...in ridiculous amounts.
Don't lots of dinner dishes include eggs? Egg biryani, egg fried rice, cobb or nicoise salad, quiche... I didn't even know that omelettes for dinner isn't a thing to some people. Huh.
Same as cereal, corporate shilling
Growing up we ate more savory for breakfast and now I eat pepper jack cheese every morning. I follow up with candy. Everything is a balance. If I could afford it, I would eat a bagel with tomato and 2 kinds of cheese each morning but I can only eat maybe 1/4 or 1/2 and see no sense to waste produce. Trying to gain weight is nonstop work when you're not hungry.
Nicole is channeling Tony Bourdain with her wariness of "specials." Never eat a Monday fish special. If you know... you know.
