Trump should say he is going to pack the court and when the left revolt, make an amendment to block him then when the Democrats get back in they can't pack it.
This is 100% OBAMA"S FAULT!!! He repealed the anti propaganda law installed in 1949 or something. Repealing this law allowed OBAMA to use government funding for democrat propaganda on a global scale. Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 -- this is an amendment to the U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (commonly known as the Smith-Mundt Act). I'd bet anything this is the moment USAID went rogue AF!!
