You probably clocked it already, but just in case: Brand was able to take off her helmet and breathe normally on the new planet - which means it's the new home humanity has been waiting for. Everybody's currently just hanging out on space stations, but by going to get Brand, Cooper will confirm that the planet's inhabitable, and the human race will be able to come land and start truly rebuilding. :)

Its one of those movies where you feel exhausted after watching it, but in a good way.

Hey everyone, we had to mute audio on a small section of this reaction because of a latent copyright claim that came in. It was either that or cut the moment completely. It's a frustrating situation for us because we spend a lot of time crafting these edits to not only make them engaging but ensure they pass any restrictions that would be imposed by copyright claims. Then after the fact, music companies will claim small sections of our videos that force our edit to look less thoughtful than they actually were. So if you notice the 30 seconds or so of audio missing after an hour into the reaction, it's due to that.

Tom didn't want to leave because, outside of death (by grandpa), Tom wanted to stay because he experienced first hand loss the most. He lived through his mom's death, grandpa's death (Murph had already left for NASA), his baby daughter's death, his son being really sick, and he wanted to wait for Dad to come home to save them. He had nothing left other than keeping his family close and hoping for dad.
