I have a feeling vigilante will be the standout character of this show as well as eagly 🦅. Also agree with John, his costume does look really cool. He's played by Freddie stroma who played Cormac mclaggin in Harry Potter and the half blood Prince.

A band of misfits coming together to save the world with lots of mayhem, explosions, guns blazing I am in. For me the favorite moments are just seeing Peacemaker ranting and him fighting Judomaster. The breakout character for sure is going to be Freddie Stroma's Vigilante and his chemistry with John Cena's Peacemaker is perfection. They both are completely insane and the partnership is what will drive the storyline.
So ready for more DCEU content!!!!

John Cena's performance in The Suicide Squad was the best he has done so far. I'm excited for his show.
I'm just amazed that Peacemaker, of all characters, has blown up (figuratively) like this. He was one of the characters that DC swept into their bin when Charlton folded (I thank Flying Spaghetti Monster every day they didn't hook their claws into E-Man) and they've all been treated like used toilet paper since; most of the original versions have been iced. DC killed the Christopher Smith Peacemaker off pretty quickly, then rattled off a series of stand-ins until the joke was played out. (Ironically, one version showed up just to be killed by Vigilante, another character who has been knocked off and replaced almost as often.) It gives one hope that other C-listers can get a chance to shine someday. Me, I'd like to see the Creeper get a shot. Not Ditko's confused metaphor, not Timm's horny yellow Joker, not the 2006 Etrigan knockoff, but the 1997 body horror/psychological trauma version. THAT Creeper could _rock_ a TV series.

After Avengers, Agents of SHIELD debuted that fall. The linking character was Agent Coulson. Yes. It already happened. But Marvel Studios & Marvel Television could not work out their relationship. Hence, the impasse on continuity & how much crossover there was between the series & the movies. Unfortunate but true. Agent Coulson was the beginning.
