How on earth is it seen as justice when two brutal murderers get away with just 9 and 10 years respectively? That is an insult to the victim, the victims family, and to society.
Rash and Mangelsdorf got off light. They murdered the guy in a brutal way. They should both be in for life. Mangelsdorf didn't even look sorry.
It’s horrifying to think someone could even consider killing another person in such a brutal way 👀
That all they received was 10-20 years after beating this man to death with a crowbar is unbelievable. They are absolutely evil.
How can people get such a short time in prison when they conspired and viciously murdered somebody?
Love the older 48 Hours episodes.
People who know what happened in a crime and don’t say anything at all or only after 30 years should also have some kind of punishment or charge.
Seriously people. Divorce. Costs a little more but at least you don't have to pay with life in a prison.
Episode 1: So frustrating when the government doesn't understand that a Life Sentence should mean the perpetrator stays in prison until the victim comes back to life or his life ends, whichever comes first. Very simple.
I love when people have loyalty to doing the right thing instead of to other people. Much respect to Mr. Cruz.
