I am very happy that "The Forest" was able to be rebuilt the same as the original one built!! It is wonderful to learn and to see Notre Dame Cathedral restored and reopened!! Great Job France, Craftsmen and all Donors and Workers!! Beautiful.

I'm so glad they decided to remake it in the old ways. This place has always been touched by human hands.

A magnificent work of art reborn, on a city that is , itself, the greatest work of art on earth.

Love it! Man keeping building talls and modern buidings from New York, Shanghay to Dubai but no one can surpass the magnificent of the Medieval Cathedrals from UK, Italy, German and France!

As we are only days away from the catherdral reopening, it is a sad footnote that General Georgelin passed away before he could see the completion of this great task that had been appointed to him. Thank you General and all the craftsmen and workers who had a hand, both large and small, in saving this beautiful ediface.

Imagine how long the original stone work took by hand with just a chisel and hammer

God bless France for the fortitude and courage to rebuild the old lady. It will go down as one of the world’s greatest modern achievements. I remember almost crying when I saw it burning, because I knew it could never be rebuilt. Thank you, France, for proving me wrong.

We went there for my parents 25th anniversary in 2017 never seen anything like it goosebumbs throughout.

I maybe an atheist but I felt may dismay and upset could almost be equal to Paris. I was fortunate to see this Gothic marvel during 1999, while enjoying the train experience Waterloo to Paris. I digress. I'm genuinely happy to see the restoration of all that was and is this stunning cathedral. Seeing how they rebuilt the roof, just shows the majesty of the ingenuity of the original builders. To ignore anything of religious symbolism, is to ignore our history, our passion, dedication to something bigger than ourselves, to ignore our humanity. Bravo! This humble New Zealander and artist is in genuine awe of France and their dedication to their history and this simply beautiful Gothic Cathedral that is Notre Dame. ❤ 🇫🇷 😊
