I raise and release Monarchs here in Indiana and this is my 8th year. I am but one of many who are trying to keep this species alive. Please plant milkweed this spring. This is what the caterpillars eat and keeping this species alive starts in our own backyards. Thank you 60 Minutes for bringing this message to all.

It is the responsibility of all 3 nations to perserve them and protect them. US, Mexico, and Canada. We all need to do our part.

Was able to witness in Mexico. Truly amazing. Entire trees filled with dormant monarches and then all of a sudden there are flying.
