Oh the good old days, paying with cash using a typewriter and writing with a pen and pencil, and having to mail a letter through the post office. Anything private you had to go in person to show it
Another big issue, is that companies don't want to train new Cyber personnel...
I've always thought it is a big mistake hooking everything up to a computer,,
When the hackers do that to casino's I can't say I feel bad. They take money from people all day every day. They should know how it feels to lose money too.
It is easier to hack a person than it is to hack a system.
This seems timely, given the CrowdStrike incident yesterday. If even the security companies are causing major outages and impacts we need stricter controls, frankly.
They're powerful because some of them are former employees of their victims🤷♂️
Critical infrastructure should have never been linked in.
This story is shocking, it was an electrifying interview
The BAD news is that all of these stories were first shown two years ago. The risk is much higher today and little has been accomplished to stop it. Our power system is not hardened and anything including solar flares from the sun can take it down.
