It's refreshing to see an honest critical investor of what is about to happen to America's passive investors and 401k.

Refreshing to see anyone being critical on this administrations stance on science and also some critical thinking regarding valuation of the IPOs.

Totally agree. The split between private market access and regular people is what puts inequality into overdrive. Tons of retail would have bought into Anthropic etc at much lower valuations. We live in a two tiered economy and Freidberg at least is regularly calling out what drives socialism. I think there are two failure vectors for society: government spend and the wealthy creating a moat to become obscenely wealthy. They shoot their own noses off in the end when civilization degrades or collapses - it does every time - but don't seem to care. "Suicidal greed" might be a good name for this class of people - government bureaucrats and VCs alike, they have a LOT more in common than they'd admit..

Panel Speaker: "Why is everyone so quiet up here? Why is nobody calling me a bestie? Why is Sacks being asked to speak up all of a sudden?"
