Fiber is NOT needed, and high cholesterol is healthy and protective. I'm a strict CARNIVORE with excellent metabolic numbers. I wish I'd learned about CARNIVORE sooner. In my 4th year, loving it!!

Indeed we've been lied to about nutrition for roughly a century. The Popeye cartoon promoted spinach, one of the most toxic foods on the planet. I call that the "oxalate conspiracy". Notice how the highest oxalate foods were labeled as "superfoods". That wasn't an accident. We were tricked into eating poison foods.

Dr Chaffee turned my lifestyle around. I was suffering from Ulcerative colitis, I was on blood thinners and I suffered chronic pain in both feet/ankles after breaking both. I was on meds for 30+ years but despite being on various drugs to supposedly help me, my symptoms remained, just slightly better. Having watched several video's of yours, I started the carnivore diet. Within 2 weeks the pain had completely gone! Pain I had for 30 years that sublingual morphine tablets could not cure, had finally gone! Having had constant pain and suddenly not having it is actually weird, great but weird. My upset stomach after decades had completely gone. Over time I started to reduce my meds (without consulting my doctor) and felt better immediately. I was told I would be on blood thinners for life. 2 years on carnivore I am on zero meds and feeling better that I did, ever! Once or twice whilst dining out I have had something to eat non carnivore pasta meals, and within 20-30 minutes I was in chronic pain again. 2 years on I'm still carnivore. I've had a couple of wobbly moments eating sausages and cheese but other than that I'm loving the diet. What annoys me, is that my doctor's and consultant s not once suggested trying carnivore, it was me who had to suggest I cam off the meds. Again, 2 years on not a problem. Thanks Dr Chaffee.

1st time I ever heard of someone doing carnivore, I said, what? Is he trying to kill himself?? I thought for sure he would give himself a heart attack. That was about ten years ago, I started carnivore two yrs ago and feel great 👍 the man who I was talking about is still alive and well 😊

I am proof that carnivore is the best diet When your a type 2 diabetic and over weight just like millions of us on planet earth,, if you want to get healthier and feel great mentally and physically we have to stop eating the foods that make us sick in the first place,,, The Root Cause,,, Stop drinking alcohol and fruit juices stop eating bread, stop eating prossed food,, FOR EVER,, I am the proof I feel healthier I lost 85 lbs I am 55 years of age No more pills for me I love love it Thank God I found doctor chaffee and doctor berry and many many others the made it possible Thank you and God bless my meat eating friends

Guys.. you dont need fiber. The only reason why it's needed on the standard diet is because youre eating a bunch of processed trash and carbs. Youre just making your gut work harder for no reason. Just because you have no self control over all the junk food youre eating. Your body will create more stool because there is no nutrients in your food. If there is a lot of nutrients, you will poop less.
