Description

As the Nato summit wraps up in Ankara, The Security Brief speaks to Admiral Pierre Vandier, Nato's Supreme Allied Commander Transformation. His job is to make sure the alliance is ready for the future. We look into the deals struck in Ankara between Europe and the US, and whether Trump's proclamation of 'unity' among allies means a crisis of the US walking away has been averted. This is The Security Brief with Christian Fraser and Mikey Kay. Subscribe to our channel here: https://bbc.in/bbcnews For the latest news download the BBC News app or visit BBC.com/news #BBCNews

Terrible situation in the world where so much is spent on massive amounts of killing machines by all countries, yet some people haven’t got enough food or water to live a decent life. We should be totally ashamed of our species for this madness and hopefully humanity will wake up and see sense. Unfortunately, too many make too much money from killing. Madness !

... a billion $$ (1,000,000,000) for a radar, some missile tubes and a truck to haul it around, I'm in the WRONG business, that's for sure!

This is surprisingly good analysis from the BBC. Finally a leading mainstream media organisation trying to catch up with the best independent analysts on YouTube. You’re not there yet guys, despite your massive lead in funding, but you are making progress. Well done! Examples of the best YouTube analysts on these topics, I’d say include: ATPgeopolitics, PaulWarburg, BelleOfTheRanch, HISutton, ADifferentBias, TheRestIsPolitics, DenysDavydov…
