Why Does a Loving God Let Innocent People Suffer?

As a science minded person, I see religion as just the safe space to go to to avoid having to get thier own hands dirty. Someone suffers, they dont have to help, god will. Some men and thier armies commits genocide, they dont have to worry why thier leader did that, god handles that. Its upsetting to see how religion is so amazing but can be brought to ruin when organized and used for personal gain like it has been done in almost any religion.

Why do we think that bad things "shouldn't exist"?? To me, we are not qualified to JUDGE if something is good or bad - why do we think WE KNOW that a child should not get cancer and that we define what is just and unjust, it doesn't have to be about sin or evil? Just might there be a bigger issue than our miniscule preferences? I believe that the Creator of All Things knows exactly what it's doing.

Suffering occurs because we believe the thoughts in our mind.

If God didn't "allow suffering" there would be no free will.. Determinism, I think most would agree is it's own form of macabre hell. It's not that God allows suffering, it's that he made free creatures who tend to get into trouble.

They suffer because of Bad People; Good people need to Learn to Not be Doormats

The answer is simple. He doesn’t. It’s the devil who does. You believe in the devil who makes mimicry with god.
