Iranian here. We took to street knowing what happened at 1979. One reason why there's no leadership up until now is because Mullahs eradicated every possible opposition by removing, killing or made them leave the country. This new cycle of protests first is about basic human right of just being alive and right to breath, think and taking back its destiny leading by brave women. It may not throw government this time, but it changed the discourse so much that we no longer live before the death of Mahsa Amini. Next step for us is to make sure mass strikes take place.
