That was surprisingly down-to-earth. I mean, most of the ingredients are easily obtainable, and no unusual cooking methods were used!
This guy has helped me realise and wake up to the way i was living. My screen time has gone down, I now have red lights everywhere at home, a humidifier in every bedroom, eating better foods and exercising most days 😊
The first one is straight up: Indian curry - Macadamia milk. Even the preparation the way we need to setup Cauliflower for 30 min, I have been told by mom as practice to cut the cauliflower and soak it in turmeric water for 30 minutes before cooking.
The fact that this information is free is crazy. Literally out here saving lives & prolonging life! Thank you Bryan 💜
