Bryan Johnson I’ve been consistently following a disciplined routine inspired by your principles for the past 12 months without negotiation, not even a single day off. Every day, I dedicate 50 minutes to 1 hour for exercise, 30 minutes for walking and 30 minutes to 1 hours deep meditation. I eat clean, avoid all kinds of drinks and oily food, and make sure to stay hydrated with 2 to 2.5 liters of water daily and i love to read books for 1hours ,I also track and calculate every possible metric in my lifestyle to stay aligned with high-performance goals. As a student I manage to maintain 8 hours of focused study daily balancing both physical and mental optimization. Your discipline has helped shape mine—grateful for your leadership in longevity and excellence.
