That there still were three judges who didn't agree in such a clear question shows how corrupted these judges are.

Why is the Lutnick family able to profit from the tariff repeal? Shouldn't Lutnick have to quit?

Your Guest seems to have forgotten that the last time Trump threatened tariffs on the European Union or European countries last month in January, Europe did not negotiate. Those tariffs were a retaliation for those countries supporting the sovereignty of Greenland. Those countries took economic retaliatory measures, and Trump backed down. Since then, France has announced that the French government and academic institutions are going to move off of Microsoft and other US software and technology platforms by 2027. The way countries reacted 12 months ago is not how they’re acting now, and how they acted 12 months ago was not how they’re going to act going forward.

Even if he accepted the SCOTUS decision, our allies like Canada, have already planned to move on without us. Trump has damaged our trade relationships beyond repair.

15:45 "If you had asked us a year ago if we're if the President announces a whole series of tariffs what the likely response would have been, some countries would have said, The European Union as an example, The European Union would say 'we're not going to negotiate with the United States under the threat of tariffs' and then as soon as we imposed tariffs they got on a plane and came to Washington and negotiated." Correct, because it was no longer a threat! And I think the Ambassador (and most American's) still don't fully appreciate the implications of this distinction. The only impact he expresses is on the prices American's pay for goods. There is no mention of the lost trust , the reorientation of economies away from the US, the immense loss of goodwill. Rather than merely reading a poll, I would like Sarah Longwell to conduct some international focus groups to see just how pissed the rest of the world is.

Canadians don’t want US dairy. There is nothing the US government can do and no amount of bullying the Canadian government that will change the fact that the Canadian CONSUMERS will not buy US dairy.
