Kavanaugh's opinion saying that Congress can change birthright citizenship with legislation shows how unqualified he is to be on the court. Changes to the Constitution have to be made via a constitutional amendment.

I enjoyed hearing Mr. Vladeck’s analysis. His explanations are clear and concise and I appreciate his calm demeanor amidst all this craziness. Andrew Weissmann is my absolute favorite but Mr. Vladeck gets high marks too!! Thanks Bulwark!
