Description

Sam Stein takes on a series of bizarre Trump appearances, ranging from crude jokes and made-up stories to comments that may have revealed something far more serious. It's genuinely impressive how Trump has not one redeeming feature. Not one. Not even by accident. He's vile to the marrow of his bones.

It's the frontal lobe dementia, he is losing control of his reactions. Plus he is a Dirty old man, and that gets magnified.

I'm a retired Speech and language pathologist and believe me Trump demonstrates many cognitive problems in his verbal output. He needs to be comprehensively assessed. The examples you give result from frontal lobe disinhibition. It's a feature of dementia and there are many examples of it in Trump's behaviour, e.g. giving a blowjob to a microphone. The weave is not an amazing ability combine various thoughts in one utterance. Its indicative of the inability to supress irrelevant intrusive thoughts. It is a serious problem and I'm glad you are pointing it out.

He inserts himself into the action for stolen valor. And he talks about America’s military power like it’s his own virility. He’s grotesque.

President Regan often told stories that weren’t true as well. But Ron Regan, Jr. said his father was suffering from Alzheimers at the end of his first term. Like they say…history has a way of repeating itself.
