I get the impetus for caution and strategizing but I’m sorry this all just comes off as weak in the face of fascism. This moment calls for strong action and the consequences for failing to meet the moment could be dire!

Maryland is already one of the most gerrymandered states in the nation. Trying to further tilt the field risks a dummymander rather than a gerrymander. Let's not be in such a hurry to make things harder on ourselves.
