80??? 80???!!!!! Most people look at 65 to retire; if you want to stretch that, push it to perhaps 70. But after that? No. Let the older-than-70's form, perhaps, an advisory panel that congress people can have access to for their vast experience. Pay them a SMALL stipend to sit on such a panel. Let it be regulated and put laws and procedures in place. Take and make public minutes of meetings.
