mythos was so powerful that they had to leak source map of claude code
I love the other videos, but I'm not really interested in videos that summarizes press releases without looking into it more critically. For example, Fireship explained that Mythos only managed to escape the JS sandbox because they disabled protection measures.
I will sell my left leg if this isn't just hype.
Anthropic Mythos has finally caught up with VW cars from 2008-2015. They acted differently whenever they knew they were being tested way back then! (9:22)
step 1: benchmaxx the fuck out of a model step 2: do not release it to the public to prevent people from pointing that out step 3: profit
those firefox vulnerabilities were mostly dominated by 2 exploits that the model kept using, it doesn't end up looking much better than other models when they accounted for this
if only mythos would have found claude code leak possibility before it happened .... Marketing at it's best
claude code is not the best harness, sure it is quite polished for the cli/tui, but not the best. Not to mention the absolute dumpster fire that the claude desktop gui app is (not cli). I hate to say it, but t3chat and theo have some based comments. though he could structure his videos a bit more better.
