Don't just use this information to spot insecurities in other people. Use it to find your own insecurities and beliefs, acknowledge them, and begin to heal them from within.

I’ve become a huge believer in regulation of the nervous system as a crucial step in change.

Someone told me once, "Everyone in the world is as insecure as you are." I stopped worrying (so much 😉) about what people think of me, because their insecurities mean they're 1. Not judging me but are rather judging themselves and 2. Aren't really seeing me at all. This was so freeing for me!

I eventually concluded that in dealing with difficult supervisors (about 80 percent of them)--you are dealing with them imposing their childhood traumas on you and others.

After going through relentless traumatic experiences within my family. I became scapegoat 101. Then one day after years of distance, I actually felt my central nervous system, because, I was so incredibly calm. What is this? My analytical brain continued to ask. It's me in tune with my mind, body and, no not soul. My central nervous system. It was peace. I can't go back to torment. It's impossible to. Once you are in full alignment, your body and 'self' ( I need a better word) just cannot do it. It's bliss, once you get here. Your whole being will stay here. It's truly a beautiful awakening..x

The more I learned about myself the LESS I judge others. Everyone has a story and you have no fk CLUE what their story is and those who think they know they're usually the LEAST likely to know anything about anything.
