Try shadow boxing for literally 5 minutes. Make sure to set the timer. It releases out cortisol and drops your alertness tightness level. you will feel naturally more relaxed and less fearful. don't tell Huberman. he is behind.
This is essentially counting sheep with your eyes closed.
