anyone who wasn't there at the time will never know how insane bat-mania was those few years. what a astronomical event it was for a pretty long while.
Michael Keaton: "I'm Batman." Me whenever he says that line: "Damn straight."
People always talk about how great Micheal Keaton was as Batman. They forget how awesome Michael Gough as Alfred.
Ah, yes! Now I'm waiting for "Batman Returns", because Michelle Pfeiffer's performance in that is legendary. 🤩
Michael Keaton as Batman is one of the biggest gambles that ever paid off in movie history. Keaton was mostly known for comedies, so casting him as Batman understandably made studio executives nervous. But it worked!
“It’s Japanese” “How do you know that” “Because I bought it in Japan” ALWAYS makes me laugh lol
Michael Keaton play Beetlejuice in 1988 then turned around and became Batman in 1989. Now that's versatility.😮
The funniest part of this movie to me is after the scene when he kills the guy with the joy buzzer, says "I'm glad you're dead" and busts out laughing, the scene keeps going after he walks of screen and you hear him off screen going "I'M GLAD HE'S DEAD HAHAHA" . That cracks me up every time
Im sorry, but watching Achara nearly choke on her drink when she saw Prince was absolutely hilarious
There have been many iterations of Alfred Pennyworth throughout the years, but most people agree that Michael Gough was one of the best of all time. Rather than being a badass who trained Bruce, or a wise stoic who gave sage council, Michael Gough portrayed him with a warm and caring grandfatherly love that gave comfort and support whenever it was needed. RIP Michael G!!!
