Description

This reaction got blocked, so after a re-edit, we’re giving it another Face/Off. ___________________________________________________ Kristen & Steph watch Face/Off (1997), the high-concept action thriller where a relentless FBI agent and a sadistic terrorist are forced into a surreal game of identity reversal, turning their personal vendetta into a high-stakes battle of obsession and revenge. Directed by John Woo (Hard Boiled, Mission: Impossible II, The Killer), the film stars John Travolta (Pulp Fiction, Saturday Night Fever, Get Shorty), Nicolas Cage (Leaving Las Vegas, Con Air, Mandy), Joan Allen (The Bourne Supremacy, Nixon, The Crucible), Gina Gershon (Bound, Showgirls, Killer Joe), Alessandro Nivola (Jurassic Park III, Disobedience, The Many Saints of Newark), Dominique Swain (Lolita, Alpha Dog, The Smokers), Nick Cassavetes (The Notebook, Blow, Alpha Dog), and Colm Feore (Chicago, The Chronicles of Riddick, The Amazing Spider-Man 2). ____________________ Edit by CineJump Team Thumbnail by Praper Media www.CineJump.com www.PraperMedia.com ___________________________________________________ SOCIAL MEDIA: ~CINEPALS~ YouTube: @CinePals Insta: https://instagram.com/TheCinePals Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheCinePals ~STEPH SABRAW~ Instagram: @StephSabraw ~KRISTEN STEPHENSONPINO~ Instagram: @Kris10Kesp ___________________________________________________ SHORT FILMS PLAYLIST: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL34B19BA788E18384 Click here to subscribe and know when the next video drops: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=jabykoay Thanks for watching!!!

How one hates Cage and empathizes with Travolta only to then hate Travolta and empathize with Cage....these actors did a great job playing 2 characters each.

Another example of how 90s movies rule.

Hey all, so the initial release of this reaction was a while back. And we faced some hard copyright claim issues with it. We took this as an opportunity to do a complete makeover with the edit as (our teams editing style has greatly improved since then) and put out an even better version of it. This was supposed to come out much earlier, but so many other reactions were happening that were prioritized. We finally found the opportunity to focus on this one. We hope you guys enjoy! -Jaby

The real genius of this movie is that they both had 2 act as their own character AND as their counterparts. Travolta, Cage AND Woo did the dayum thing on this 1. WAY b4 its time...

This is what it looks like when a movie doesn't apologize for being awesome on its own terms.

Face/Off is without a doubt the ultimate action flick. Travolta and Cage have made a great on screen rival.

Fun fact: both John Travolta and Nicolas Cage had to learn each others mannerisms, acting techniques before filming that's why how they portrayed each other on film was just absolute cinema

The mirror stand off scene is golden! They are both looking at the man they want to shoot. Perfect.
