The slogan does not assert that illegal conduct is actually permissible; it underscores regulatory gaps and the impossibility of declaring something as illegal on a factual basis. All content herein constitutes commentary and opinion based on investigative journalism conducted with (i) publicly available documents, (ii) interviews, and (iii) other verifiable sources. References to “scams,” “fraud,” “theft,” or related terms are made in the same rhetorically hyperbolic context of “CRIME IS LEGAL” and should not be taken as definitive findings of fact or legal conclusions. Facts, evidence, and independent analysis are used in this program to draw strongly opinionated conclusions, but it is important to draw a sharp distinction between the facts and evidence presented, and the opinions drawn based on such material. To be absolutely clear: Facts and evidence may be given to support the author's opinion that something is a "scam" or a "grift", but the final conclusion itself is inherently subjective. No statement can or should be interpreted as a categorical declaration that any person has violated civil or criminal law unless a court has so ruled. Viewers are encouraged to examine the cited materials and reach their own conclusions. Anyone featured who believes a statement is inaccurate or incomplete may contact us at our Youtube business email with supporting documentation under the SUBJECT: “CORRECTION REQUEST”. We will promptly review substantiated concerns and, where appropriate, issue corrections or updates. Production of this program is newsgathering and public‑interest commentary protected by the First Amendment and the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA).

Arguing semantics on 80k only to lose millions in brand reputation damage is the fumble of the century.

When you are the CEO and your company is being accused of theft, you hire an investigator and figure it out! You do NOT wait until and issue goes viral before you react with every legal gun you can hire.

It actually didn't even matter if the Legos are stolen by whoever. The company still owes the original owner due to the contract

Them trying to bring up her theft charges then pretending not to know it was from 20 years ago when she was a teenager is some crazy work, I hope they go under as a company.

What's crazy is that Crystal was literally talking about how everything wasn't updated because she needed to look at the tickets to actually update the consignment THE NIGHT of the 14th. Her saying that she needs the tickets to explain the discrepancy is totally consistent and unchanging. Compare that to BAMs "There was zero U-Haul", "Well, there was a month ago", to SEEING a U-Haul on the camera footage from Nov. 14th is beyond sketchy. What's even crazier is Amon claiming he never saw or knew about the spreadsheet immediately after saying, "A spreadsheet and a contract are a good start." He's literally the worst liar I've ever seen. I hope these people go to prison over this.
